ARNAUT Danjuma's wait to make his competitive Cherries debut is set to drag on after boss Eddie Howe confirmed the Dutchman would miss tomorrow's trip to Aston Villa.

The winger, who arrived from Club Brugge this summer for £13.7million, picked up a foot injury during the 3-0 pre-season win over Lyon.

That ruled him out of the Premier League opener against Sheffield United and he is also set to miss the trip to Villa Park, where he could have faced former Brugge team-mates Wesley and Marvelous Nakamba.

Fellow new signing Lloyd Kelly is also still absent due to an ankle injury suffered in training.

Howe said: "We're still waiting to see the full extent of Arnaut's injury.

"Lloyd we're hoping won't be (out) too long.

"They're both going to be out for this game."

Dan Gosling (hip), Junior Stanislas (hamstring), David Brooks (ankle), Lewis Cook and Simon Francis (both knee) are also unavailable this weekend.
