CAUTIOUS Callum Wilson is adamant there is still pressure on Cherries' shoulders – despite Saturday's crucial 2-1 win over West Brom.

The Dorset club are eight points clear of the relegation zone and four short of the fabled 40-point mark with seven Premier League games remaining.

Goals from Jordon Ibe and Junior Stanislas rendered Jay Rodriguez's opener academic and lifted Cherries into the top half of the table.

Reflecting on the impact of the result, Wilson told the Daily Echo: "It takes the pressure off a little but we know the relegation battle is not done so we are going to be working hard over the next couple of weeks to ensure we are in tip-top condition for the next game.

"First and foremost, we want to get to 40 points and get safe. From that point, we can start building towards last season's tally.

"The mood in the dressing room is upbeat and I think we need to take each game as it comes. We need to be beating the teams around us."

Next up are Watford, who are directly below Cherries in the standings having accumulated the same amount of points with an inferior goal difference.

The Hornets have scored just twice in their past five games, conceding on 10 occasions.
