BENIK Afobe declared he had arrived 'home' after completing an 11th-hour loan move to Championship leaders Wolves.
The 24-year-old striker put the finishing touches on a temporary switch to his former club in the dying embers of the January transfer window.
Afobe is a popular figure at Molineux having rattled in 23 goals in a calendar year before joining Cherries in January 2016.
He told the Express & Star: "It's been good playing at Bournemouth in the Premier League but I'm glad to be home – this feels like home for me.
"It was probably the best year of football I have had. I thank Wolves for giving me the opportunity to come back and, hopefully, I can score goals from now until the end of the season.
"I have unfinished business here. I've been keeping tabs on the club and the team for the whole season. I still have friends here and they have been doing great.
"It's a family club so I'm happy to be part of it again. Hopefully, I can help the boys get over the line for promotion and win the league.
"I've always wished nothing but the best for Wolves whether I was here or not here. I'm just hoping we can do it now and have a strong second half of the season."
