CHERRIES boss Eddie Howe has reiterated he is no intention of parting ways with striker Benik Afobe – or any of his players – in the January transfer window.
Afobe was this week the subject of renewed transfer speculation when he was linked with £15million moves to West Brom and Wolves, both clubs rumoured to be long-term suitors.
However, as he did in October, Howe insisted the former Arsenal youngster would be staying put at Vitality Stadium.
Asked about potential departures, Howe told the Daily Echo: "This window has historically come up with weird and wonderful rumours and bits I'm asked about but I have no intention of losing any of my squad.
"I don't know where these things come from but there's certainly nothing on our side."
Afobe has made four top-flight starts this season but has been given game time in 12 of Cherries' 17 Premier League fixtures.
The DR Congo international, whose last league goal was nearly eight months ago, will hope to feature when his team host Liverpool on Sunday (4.30pm).
