EDDIE Howe says there is no clause in Jack Wilshere's loan deal that would allow Arsenal to recall the midfielder in January.

Santi Cazorla was this week ruled out of action until March, leading to speculation Gunners boss Arsene Wenger could take Wilshere back to north London to plug the gap left by the Spanish playmaker.

But asked by the Daily Echo if he could lose his England international next month, Howe said: "No. Jack’s with us for the season."

Cherries manager did, however, admit he can't be one hundred per cent certain Nathan Ake will remain at the club beyond January.

The Dutchman, who joined on a season-long deal from Chelsea in June, has started, and excelled in, his team's past two Premier League matches – at Stoke and Arsenal.

"We see his future here for this season, the whole season," said Howe.

"With most loan agreements there are certain clauses. We’ll have to see what happens, but we want Nathan to stay.

"We're not surprised in terms of the quality of performance he’s delivered. The only surprise is how comfortable he’s looked for someone coming into the team for his first appearances.

"He looks like he’s been playing in the team for a number of years. That’s a huge compliment because it’s not an easy thing to do."
