EDDIE Howe is among the early favourites for the England manager's job after Roy Hodgson quit tonight.
Hodgson left his role as Three Lions boss after a humiliating 2-1 defeat to Iceland at Euro 2016.
Cherries boss Howe is rated at 8-1 to succeed Hodgson by bet365 and BetVictor, while Sky Bet, Paddy Power and Betfair price Howe at 10-1.
Gareth Southgate, Alan Pardew, Gary Neville and Brendan Rodgers are among the other leading names being linked with the job.
Howe has consistently affirmed his loyalty to Cherries despite being linked with a string of high-profile roles.
