CHERRIES travel to Swansea City in the Premier League tomorrow (3pm). Here, we take a look at the Welsh side's danger men.

Bournemouth Echo: Ecuador winger Jefferson Montero has quickly become a fans' favourite at Swansea

JEFFERSON MONTERO

The dazzling winger has gone from strength to strength since netting his first goal for Swans in a friendly against Cherries at Dean Court in August 2014 following his arrival from Mexican club Morelia.

He has the knack of being able to humiliate and torment full-backs with his nifty footwork and has been dubbed as the top-flight’s king of dribblers.

The 25-year-old played 90 minutes for Ecuador as they beat Uruguay 2-1 in a World Cup qualifier last week and scored one and set up another as Ecuador beat Venezuela 3-1 in another qualifier on Tuesday.

Bournemouth Echo: Jonjo Shelvey is hoping to make the England squad that travels to Brazil next summer

JONJO SHELVEY

Ever present in the Swansea midfield in the Premier League this season, the 23-year-old also featured in England’s Euro 2016 qualifying campaign.

In September, he returned to the international fold following a three-year absence and became the first player to be capped for England while playing for Swansea when he starred in the 6-0 win against San Marino.

A £5m signing from Liverpool in 2013 after moving to Anfield from Charlton, Essex-born Shelvey is a gifted playmaker and creator of goals but is also prone to a lack of discipline.

Bournemouth Echo: Andre Ayew was the match-winner for Swansea

ANDRE AYEW

A free agent after leaving Marseille, the club he had joined as a youth, Ayew quickly heralded his arrival by winning August's Premier League player of the month award having scored in Swans’ 2-2 draw at Chelsea and in the 2-1 win over Manchester United.

Skilful, tenacious and with excellent technique, the 25-year-old Ghanaian is Swans’ top scorer with five goals and one assist from his first 10 Premier League appearances.

Despite fears over a knee injury, Ayew played in both legs as Ghana beat Comoros 2-0 on aggregate in their second round World Cup qualifier during the international break.
