UPBEAT: Cherries defender Tommy Elphick
CHERRIES captain Tommy Elphick has made a breakthrough in his battle to return from an ankle injury.
The 28-year-old defender tweeted a picture of his legs which showed that he was no longer wearing a brace.
The picture was accompanied by the words: "Back on 2".
Elphick has not featured for Cherries since the 3-1 Premier League defeat at Norwich on September 12.
