CHERRIES have been drawn at home to West Bromwich Albion in the fourth round of the League Cup.
Eddie Howe's men will take on the Premier League Baggies in the week commencing October 27.
A 3-0 win at Cardiff City last night meant that Cherries would at least equal their best performance in the competition.
A brace from Dan Gosling and a further effort from Charlie Daniels ensured Cherries advanced.
The Dean Court side last reached the fourth round 51 years ago, when they were defeated 2-1 by Stoke City.
Cherries and West Brom have met twice in the League Cup in the last seven years.
The Baggies won 4-1 in a second-round clash at Dean Court in 2011 and were 1-0 victors in a first-round tie in 2007.
