BOURNEMOUTH Electric gave Russell Brown the perfect send-off in his last game as manager of the team when Dan Baguley's extra-time winner gave them the verdict 2-1 against West Moors Social Club in the M A Hart Cup Final at Hurn Bridge.
Electric's name will be engraved on the trophy for an unprecedented third successive season, but there were times in the first half when it seemed that it was not going to be their night.
Electric had a scare in the early minutes when James Wood headed back to Paul Spillane and the ball went wide of the Electric keeper and, fortunately, just wide of the goal.

Electric were not so fortunate in the 13th minute though when Steve Liddell beat Spillane in a race to a through ball and tucked it into the back of the net to put West Moors in front.
The lively Marc Burrows skimmed Electric's crossbar with a left-foot effort from the edge of the box while, at the other end, Dave Chamberlain was proving to be a major obstacle to the Electric attack.
Electric equalised in the 33rd minute when the ball was played up to Joe Kittle in the West Moors penalty area and he turned and steered it past Danny Burton from 12 yards out.
Having got themselves back in the game, Electric suffered another setback just two minutes later when Chris Cornish received his marching orders from referee Paul Knight after being shown a second yellow card.
West Moors had a great opportunity to restore their lead before the interval when Burrows rounded the keeper but his shot was charged down by Electric defender Max Crow.
There was good play from both sides after the break but very little goalmouth action. West Moors were also reduced to 10 men when, in the 64th minute, Louis Lenthall received a second yellow card for a late challenge.
West Moors substitute Martin Kelly made an immediate impact, being cautioned for a mistimed challenge within a minute of coming on and then driving a shot on the turn against the outside of the post.
There was drama in the closing minutes of normal time with Spillane diving bravely at the feet of the onrushing West Moors forwards while, at the other end, Dave Midgley cut in from the left to get in a rasping shot which brought a brilliant reflex save from Burton.
The game was decided with a stunning goal three minutes into extra time. Tim Constable provided an inch-perfect defence-splitting pass and Baguley calmly took the ball round the goalkeeper before planting it in the back of the net.
West Moors' best chance of getting on terms came with a 20-yard shot from Burrows that was beaten away by Spillane but Jason Lovell, following up, put the ball over the bar.
The Trophyman man-of-the-match, chosen by Gary Fendley of match sponsors Waste Management Facilities Ltd, was Electric's Baguley and the winner of the Arkon Securities-sponsored leading goalscorer in the competition award was Dave Sclanders (AFC Winton) with eight goals.
