MITCH East, Wayne Etherton and Dave Midgley gave East Christchurch SSC the upper hand 3-1 against Bournemouth Athletic in the fifth round of the M A Hart Robbins Cup and they now meet holders Bournemouth Sports in the quarter-finals.
• Jack Foster (2) and Ashley Boyt netted for Bluewood Athletic but they finished 3-3 after extra time in their Hampshire Junior A Cup semi-final with Dog and Partridge who went through 5-4 on penalties.
• Kings Arms Wallisdown also fell at the final hurdle, losing 3-1 to Village Home in the semi-final of the Hampshire Junior C Cup.
