POOLE Town striker Charlie Austin's move to Swindon Town is still on, the Dorset club has insisted.
Reports this afternoon suggested the Dolphins frontman's proposed transfer to the County Ground had broken down after Poole rejected the League One club's offer for Austin.
But Dolphins chairman Clive Robbins confirmed to the Echo in the last hour that the Tatnam outfit would be making a second counter offer to the Robins.
Robins chairman Andrew Fitton told the Swindon Advertiser earlier today: "We made an offer but Poole came back with a counter offer which is not acceptable to us."
