VISIT the Sports Video section of the Echo website to watch special pre-season films with Eddie Howe's Cherries squad.
The players travelled to Southampton Solent University today to take part in a series of tests with the Applied Sports Science team - and the Echo was there to capture the day on camera.
We also spent some time in the gym with Cherries legend Steve Fletcher earlier this week, to find out how the Dean Court talisman prepares for pre-season in the gym.
