KRASNER REVEALS NEW BID

GERALD Krasner this afternoon revealed a fresh bid for Cherries as the club's takeover saga took another twist.

The club's administrator, in a press briefing at Dean Court, told journalists how he had received a second bid for the ailing club on Monday night.

Begbies Traynor official Krasner, however, said he considered the second proposal to be weaker than the offer from preferred bidder Jeff Mostyn.

But Krasner did confirm that, should Mostyn's bid not proceed, he would consider the other offer.

He would not be drawn on the names of those behind the new offer.

Meanwhile, Mostyn's consortium is hopeful of submitting its proposals for the transfer of the Football League share by Friday.

Mostyn also introduced new chief executive Alistair Saverimutto to the media, who revealed his plans to take the club forward.

Saverimutto, who wishes to be known as 'Savi', was appointed by Mostyn with Krasner's permission and told the press he intends to run the club as a business.

Krasner, meanwhile, confirmed that several of the football club's external contracts had been terminated, including those with Bourne Red and Sodexho.
