EDDIE Howe felt Cherries could have been awarded three penalties in the 2-1 win over West Ham.
The only spot-kick given at London Stadium came after Chicharito had hit the deck following a sliding challenge from Cherries defender Nathan Ake.
However, boss Howe believes his team had good cases for penalties of their own.
In the closing stages of the first half, David Brooks’s cross deflected off Angelo Ogbonna and on to the arm of Fabian Balbuena.
And after the break, Ryan Fraser was barged over by Mark Noble before Callum Wilson was clattered by Ogbonna.
Reflecting on the Ake decision, Howe said: “I thought it was one of those which could have gone either way.
“I haven’t seen it again, I only saw it live. The linesman looked like he had got involved and had given it.
“More than that one, I thought we were harshly done by on a number of other occasions where we could possibly have had penalties – Ryan Fraser, Callum Wilson and the handball.”
Ake shouldered responsibility for West Ham’s spot-kick, which Marko Arnautovic scored before Wilson and Steve Cook turned the scoreline on its head.
Dutch international Ake said: “Maybe he went down a bit easily but I shouldn’t have gone to ground in the first place.
“I was a bit too eager to try to block the ball so instead of giving the ref a choice to make, I should have stayed.
“Next time, I will try to stay on my feet.”
