FREDERIK Jakobsen was pleased to return to form in Pirates’ crushing victory over Leicester.
Having scored seven paid nine on his debut against Belle Vue, the Danish reserve managed three paid four and one in meetings at Leicester and King’s Lynn, respectively.
But he bagged an excellent nine paid 10 in Wednesday’s 58-32 success against the Lions at Wimborne Road.
Jakobsen said: “I had two rough away meetings so it was nice to bounce back with a good score.
“I’m starting to feel pretty good out there and I think it will come good.
“We have a very good team. Everyone is talking with each other and it has worked out very well, so I am very pleased to be here.”
