RYAN Scott struck an unbeaten century as Lymington heaped more misery on neighbours New Milton.

The hosts recorded a crushing 156-run victory in a one-sided derby at the Sports Ground.

Scott brought up his 101 as Lymington declared on 285 for three off 57 overs – a total the Green and Golds never looked like chasing.

They were bowled out for 129 in reply with their final five wickets falling for seven runs.

Scott built on the 79-run platform built by Oli Calcott (40) and Dom Hand (34) to compile his impressive innings.

The son of Middlesex head coach Richard Scott, he and Queenslander James Grady (71*) added an unbroken 150 before the declaration.

Milton’s Lee Beck (54) and James Haggaty (39) battled manfully but once they were dismissed wickets fell at regular intervals.

Meanwhile, Josh Digby and Michael Porter bagged first ball ducks as Bashley fell to a 55-run defeat at Burridge.

Former Hampshire all-rounder Lee Savident top scored with 60 as the hosts successfully defended 201 with some comfort.

Seamer Sullivan White (4-28) ripped the heart out of the Bashley top order with a four-wicket haul.

Things got a little better at 90 for eight as Simon Watkins (26) and Dan Goodey (26) helped the visitors limp to 146 all out.
