ARENA ABC boxer Macey Gardner is celebrating after winning her first national title.
The 12-year-old Glenmoor Academy pupil beat Skye Wilkes (Darlaston) by a unanimous decision in the 50kg final at the England Boxing National Schools' Championship.
She had previously got the better of Ella Green (Five Star) in the semi-finals.
Gardner will return to action in the Bristol Box Cup later this month, as will fellow Arena boxer Charlie Drury.
