Skipper Tom Caines (3-23) helped contain the visitors to 156 for nine from their 50 overs.
Ashley Collison (88), Luke Carter (61) and Daniel Cook (57*) all impressed as Broadstone chased down 249 with ease to beat Sherborne by six wickets at Delph Woods.
Mike Holm (3-48) led the charge with the ball for the hosts as Sherborne were bowled out for 248.
