KACPER Woryna admits he is not satisfied with his points hauls for Pirates this season and says “too many mistakes” have cost him.

Rybnik-born Woryna has experienced a solid start to life in a Poole race jacket, scoring between four and six points – excluding bonuses – in each of his five competitive meetings.

But the 21-year-old, who has been riding at number two, believes he is capable of more heavy-hitting displays and feels he is closing on that goal.

Speaking ahead of tomorrow's trip to Swindon (7.30pm), Woryna told the Daily Echo: “I don’t think my season so far has been that bad but I was hoping for better scores.

“England is a different world compared to Poland. It is tough to score big points round here.

“I’m trying to look for a good set-up. I’m inches away and, hopefully, when I find it I can step up and score as well as I do in Poland.

“I’ve got good bikes and a good mechanic. The only thing which doesn’t let me score good points is myself because I have made too many mistakes.

“I’m hungry for the big points. Sixes and sevens are not satisfying me. I want to please the crowd, Matt and Middlo but most important is to please myself with big points.”
