AUSSIE duo Adam Federici and Brad Smith are expected to feature when Cherries host Bury in the Premier League Cup at Vitality Stadium tomorrow (1pm).

Goalkeeper Federici and defender Smith are both hoping to force their way into the Socceroos squad for the World Cup finals in Russia in the summer.

Federici, whose last start for the first team came in the FA Cup defeat at Millwall 13 months ago, suffered a knee injury on international duty in September and returned to training in December.

Smith, a £3million signing from Liverpool in July 2016, lined up in Cherries' Carabao Cup games against Birmingham and Brighton and played the first half of the 2-2 draw with Wigan in the FA Cup last month.

Cherries are currently third in Group C of the Premier League Cup, with the top two going through to the knockout stages.

Following the visit of the Shakers – who prop up the table having lost their opening two games – Cherries travel to Gigg Lane for the return match on February 20.

Their final group match is against leaders Wolves at Vitality Stadium on February 26.

Tickets, which are available on the day of the game, are priced at £3 for adults and £1 for children.
