JACK Voisey’s second-half double earned Parley Sports a 5-3 victory over Blandford United in an incident-packed encounter at the Rec.

Parley raced into a 3-1 half-time lead courtesy of goals from Matt Newbery, Josh Moody and Ben Bosley with Mark Ford replying for the Royals.

However, the hosts staged a comeback to restore parity through efforts from Paul Ford and Rob Way.

Royals had Way sent off for a second booking on 72 minutes before Parley edged in front through Voisey’s assured finish.

With both teams having a player in the sin bin, Parley’s 10 men sealed victory against Royals’ nine when Voisey added his second and their fifth late on.

Ali Garard’s double helped Hamworthy Recreation keep the heat on the leaders with a convincing 5-1 win over Wareham Rangers at Magna Road.

Garard netted either side of half-time, his second a penalty, as second-placed Rec maintained their 100 per cent home record.

Ross Hampton-Brown opened the scoring before Garard doubled their lead in the 20th minute.

Although Suwie Thompson reduced the arrears 10 minutes into the second half, Garard’s spot-kick and goals from Dan Manual and Chris Long wrapped up the points.

Sam Carter’s hat-trick fired Hamworthy United reserves to a 4-1 win at Sherborne Town reserves.

George Deem was also on target for Hammers who were forced to come from behind after Sherborne had opened the scoring inside the opening 60 seconds through Ben Morris.

Matt Groves netted twice, one a penalty, as Merley Cobham Sports registered a 2-2 draw at Balti Sports.

Jamie Samways’s 68th-minute strike earned leaders Dorchester Sports a 1-0 win over Holt United at Petersham Lane, while Anthony Herrin’s double and a Jamie Green strike condemned Swanage Town & Herston to a 3-0 defeat at Westland Sports.
