BOURNEMOUTH'S Olivier Paris finished runner-up in his first tennis tournament abroad.
The nine-year-old and older brother Alexis were competing in a Ten-Pro Global Junior Tour event on the hard courts of Mouratoglou Academy in Biot, south-east France.
Olivier first saw off Luxembourg's Evan Palumbo 6-2, 6-2 and then defeated Ivan Stepanov 6-1, 6-0.
In the semis, the West Hants ace beat Ilhan Bakiri 6-4, 6-4 before losing 7-5, 6-1 to French player Yanaël Beranger despite a brave effort.
Alexis won two of his four group matches, getting the better of Jacopo De Giuli 3-6, 7-6, 6-1 and thrashing Sweden's Erik Wall 6-0, 6-0.
