HAMWORTHY United’s cup adventures continue tomorrow as the Wessex Premier side kick off their FA Vase campaign.

Hammers have endured a rollercoaster ride in cup competitions during their previous two games.

Brendon King’s men were thumped 5-1 in their FA Cup first qualifying round tie against Thatcham Town on Saturday.

They responded emphatically however, racking up double figures in a 10-0 Bournemouth Senior Cup win over Lower Parkstone – striker Mark Ford scoring five in that contest.

Another cup mission awaits Hammers this weekend in the first qualifying round of the Vase.

They host Wessex One outfit AFC Stoneham at the County Ground.

Elsewhere in the competition, New Milton Town make the trip to Amesbury Town and Lymington Town head to Combined Counties Premier outfit Guildford City.

Brockenhurst are also on the road in the opening round when they visit Shaftesbury. Verwood Town travel to United Services Portsmouth.

Combined Counties Division One leaders Eversley & California are the Vase opposition for Ringwood Town at Martin & Co Stadium.
