CHERRIES defender Baily Cargill is set for a loan move to League One outfit Fleetwood Town.

The 22-year-old, who had also been a target for Doncaster, will join the club on a season-long agreement, reviewable during the January transfer window.

Cargill made 10 appearances during a loan spell with Gillingham in League last season.

He returned to Vitality Stadium to make his Premier League debut as a substitute in Cherries' 1-1 draw against Manchester United at Old Trafford in March.

The England under-20 international, who has also served Coventry, Torquay and Welling on loan, skippered Cherries to victory in the third round of the FA Cup at Birmingham in January 2016.

Meanwhile, Cherries winger Jordan Green has joined League Two outfit Yeovil Town on a free transfer.

Green joined the Glovers on trial earlier this month – as revealed by the Daily Echo – and impressed enough to earn a contract.

The frontman joined Cherries from Banbury United in the summer of 2015 and had been part of the under-21 set-up at Vitality Stadium.
