BRANSGORE thrower Scott Mitchell suffered an early exit from the Scottish Open singles on Saturday.
The former Lakeside champion was beaten 3-1 by fellow Englishman David Turnbull in the round of 256.
Mitchell and playing partner Gary Stafford made it to the last 32 of the pairs, where they lost 3-0 to Ross Montgomery and Martin Adams.
