PIRATES charger Jack Holder has joined Peterborough for next year's SGB Championship campaign.
The 20-year-old, who has ridden for Plymouth for the past two seasons, arrives at the East of England Showground on a 7.16 average.
Panthers promoter Ged Rathbone said: "I fully believe 2017 will be the year in which Jack makes a big name for himself.
"He has the perfect blend of experience at this level to go with a huge amount of potential – but there is no pressure on him."
Holder joins Kenneth Hansen, Tom Bacon, Ulrich Ostergaard and Simon Lambert at Peterborough.
