ROB Elford and Joe Desmond scored two tries apiece, while Phil Graves kicked eight points, as Swanage & Wareham romped to a 43-10 victory over Frome.

Swans were rocked early on when William Delaittre-Smith crossed for the visitors, with Josh Winduss adding the extras.

But having opened their Southern Counties South campaign with victory at Sherborne the previous week, Swans were soon back in the groove. Jason Chadwick crossed the whitewash, although the winger injured his hamstring in the act of scoring and was subsequently replaced.

Elford then swiftly grabbed his double, with Graves converting the latter of those efforts to give the hosts a 19-7 lead.

Swans kept their foot to the floor after the break. Winger Pat Adkins scored in the corner before Chris Tomes ran in for another five points.

A Winduss drop goal was all Frome could muster and Swans number eight Desmond twice went over late on to lend the scoreline an emphatic look.

Elsewhere in the division, Dorset Dockers lost 40-29 at home to Trowbridge. In Dorset & Wilts One South, East Dorset were destroyed 94-5 at Bournemouth III while Oakmeadians beat Swanage & Wareham II 24-17. Lytchett Minster won 40-35 at Salisbury II.
