CHERRIES have been linked with a double swoop for two QPR defenders.
On the back of a flurry of summer arrivals, Eddie Howe is reportedly on the trail of Steven Caulker and Nedum Onuoha and willing to pay a combined £15million fee, according to the Daily Star.
Last season saw the ex-Tottenham youngster Caulker become one of the few players to be loaned from a Championship club to the Premier League.
He joined forces with Southampton where he played in their brief Europa League campaign and made three top-light appearances, two from the bench.
His deal was cut short and he joined Liverpool but again, failed to make an impact in four appearances for the Reds.
Nigeria-born Onuoha came through at Manchester City and was loaned to Sunderland before joining the Rs in 2012. He earned 20 caps with England under-21s.
