CHERRIES defender Baily Cargill fired home his first domestic professional goal as Coventry ran riot against Bury on Saturday.
The Sky Blues smashed their League One opponents 6-0 with the 20-year-old loan star poking home from Joe Cole’s free kick 11 minutes into his home debut.
Alongside defensive partner Jack Stephens, on loan from Southampton, Cargill has earned rave reviews in his first two City outings with the Coventry Telegraph reporting that the duo “looked the part” against the Shakers.
The maiden strike arrived on Cargill's 17th professional appearance having made 10 for Cherries in cup competitions and five for Torquay while in League Two.
