NEW Milton Town have been handed a tricky tie in the FA Vase first round proper with Western League leaders Buckland Athletic heading to Fawcett’s Field.
The Devon outfit ply their trade a level above the Linnets and top the pile with eight wins from 11 league matches to date.
Lymington Town’s reward for winning at Oldland Abbotonians, a clash in which goalkeeper Stuart Williamson saved no fewer than three penalties, is a home date with lower-league opposition in the shape of Keynsham Town or Wells City.
The Western One rivals played out 2-2 draw on Saturday and are due to replay at Rowdens Road tomorrow.
First-round ties take place on the weekend of Saturday, October 31 with £900 in prize money up for grabs.

- Verwood Town travel to free-scoring Blackfield & Langley in the Wessex League Premier Division tomorrow.
The Gang Warily outfit have netted 49 times in 15 matches in all competitions so far this season.
