FOR one minute, the football family came together for Mick Cunningham.
As the clock struck 55 minutes in an open, engaging second half at Dean Court, both Cherries and Watford threatened to breach one another’s defences but that was no distraction.
Rivalries and everything that had preceded it on the pitch was moved to one side for a real moment of unity.

The press box, the posh seats, even those in the dugout united with supporters in applauding the life’s work of one of AFC Bournemouth’s most dedicated professionals of all time.
There were no big chants, chances are most would have been too choked to sing, but the dignified remembrance was fitting.
At New Milton, where Mick's other club Verwood Town FC were playing away in the FA Vase, both teams observed a minute's silence ahead of kick-off.
Whether you love Cherries, Verwood Town, or any football club anywhere come to mention it, no matter your colours, today proved Mick was and still is one of our own.
