TASKMASTERÂ Tom Killick revealed he had expected more from his Poole Town charges after a rip-roaring first half against Frome.
Dolphins cruised into a three-goal half-time lead at Tatnam but manager Killick was disappointed with his side's showing after the interval, despite notching late goals in a 5-0 success.
Killick told the Daily Echo: "I thought we looked good and dangerous every time we went forward in the first half and the only disappointment about the performance was the second half.
"We talked at half-time about trying to sustain the intensity, even though we knew it would be difficult with the score as it was. We felt it was important to finish on a high but it was a bit of a damp squib.
"They came into the game more and felt we got sloppy but I couldn't complain too much. We came out of a difficult away match on Saturday so physically, you could understand us being slightly off it late on.
"But overall, when you look at the weekend as a whole, we badly needed the six points so to have accomplished that was pleasing."
