BOURNEMOUTH’S Georgia Hall continued her solid recent form as she extended her stay at the 500,000 euro European Masters.

The Ladies European Tour rookie, who turned pro last summer, is yet to miss a cut in five tour events in 2015.

And she showed her battling qualities with a gritty second round at Buckinghamshire Golf Club today.

The 19-year-old, who rates the course as her favourite in England, fired two-under-par to move to level overall.

Having teed off at the 10th, Hall made gains at 11 and 15 before a double-bogey at the 16th set her back to level for the day.

After the turn, the teenager put together an unblemished front nine, making birdies at the second and seventh on her way to a score of 70.

Brokenhurst Manor’s Liz Young rallied after an early setback to make the cut.

Young, who also teed off at the 10th, bogeyed 11 and 12 but hit back with four birdies.

England’s Alex Peters leads the way on 11-under having equalled the women’s course record with a nine-under 63.
