GEORGIA Hall will have a familiar face alongside her when she tees it up at the 500,000 euro European Masters this afternoon.

The Bournemouth professional, in her rookie year on the Ladies’ European Tour, will be joined at Buckinghamshire Golf Club by 2014 Curtis Cup team-mate Annabel Dimmock as well as Denmark’s Emily Kristine Pedersen.

The trio are set to begin at the first hole at 12.56pm. Tomorrow, Hall and co are due off at 8.06am at the 10th.

Hall will view the European Masters as an ideal opportunity for prize money, ranking points and tournament time ahead of next week’s US Open.

The 19-year-old ex-amateur star has yet to miss a cut in four tournaments on tour this year and has racked up more than 12,600 euro in prize money.

Hall earned a place in the US Open following the withdrawal of 1998 champion Se Ri Pak.

The former Oakmead College pupil had previously missed out on a berth at Lancaster Country Club after she failed to come through a play-off.

Brokenhurst Manor golfer Liz Young is due to tee off at the European Masters at 8.17am today and 1.07pm tomorrow. Her playing partners are South Africa’s Connie Chen and Welsh player Becky Brewerton.
