VERDICT: Blackburn Rovers boss Gary Bowyer
BLACKBURN Rovers manager Gary Bowyer delivers his post-match verdict after today’s 0-0 draw with AFC Bournemouth.
Cherries had the better of the play, particularly in the second half, but visiting goalkeeper Jason Steele was in fine form.
The Rovers stopper thwarted Marc Pugh with a fingertip save in the first half and pushed away Yann Kermorgant’s goalbound header in the second.
Kermorgant rattled the bar late on but it was not to be on a frustrating afternoon for the Dean Court outfit.
