TOWERING defender Greg Horlock netted the last-gasp equaliser as Hamworthy United rescued a point against Blackfield & Langley last night.

Horlock pounced in the fourth minute of added time to cancel out Dan Munday’s opener for the title-chasing Watersiders at the County Ground.

The result preserved new Hammers manager Shane Traynor’s four-match unbeaten start since taking the hot seat.

Five goals in 18 minutes saw Ringwood Town suffer a crushing 6-2 defeat at Team Solent in Sydenhams Wessex One.

Ringwood opened the scoring through Alex Roberts with only a minute on the clock but Mike Wheeler’s equaliser just before the break prompted an avalanche of goals.

Patrick Nolan and Jemal Frederick made it 3-1 before the break with Jesse Waller-Lassen and Frederick further extending the lead after the restart.

Peter Richmond-Cole got one back for Ringwood but Waller-Lassen had the last laugh with the home side’s sixth goal just a minute from time.
