JASMINE McCrea struck gold five times to top a Poole tally of 69 medals at the Swindon Dolphin End of Season Meet.

The 12-year-old’s wins came in the 11-12yrs 100m breaststroke, 100m butterfly, 200m backstroke and 200 and 400m individual medley (IM). She also won silver in the 200m breaststroke.

Jasmin Oliver-House and Allanah Smithson won 14 medals between then including four golds each.

Oliver-House’s victories came in the 15-16yrs 50, 100 and 200m backstroke and 400m IM.

She also took silver in the 50m freestyle and bronze in the 100m butterfly and 200m freestyle.

Smithson achieved a clean sweep of the 13-14yrs breaststroke events and also won gold in the 50m butterfly and silver in the 100m IM.

Teagan-Mae Graham’s seven medals included gold in the 11-12yrs 100, 200 and 400m freestyle, silver behind McCrea in the 200 and 400m IM and in the 50m freestyle and bronze in the 100m IM.

Ollie Weston and Chris Parsons led the boys’ medal charge with three golds apiece in the 13-14 age group.

Weston won gold in the 100m freestyle, 200m breaststroke and 200m IM as well as silver in the 50 and 100m breaststroke and bronze in the 200m freestyle.

Parsons’ five medals included gold in the 50 and 100m butterfly and 100m backstroke.

He also won a silver and a bronze – in the 200m butterfly and 100m freestyle respectively.

Ryan Openshaw left Swindon with seven medals from the 9yrs events – gold in the 200m butterfly, silver in the 50m fly, 50m backstroke and 200m IM and bronze in the 50m backstroke and breaststroke and the 200m freestyle.

Will Longhurst won at least one medal of each colour – gold in the 9yrs 200m breaststroke, silver in the 50m breaststroke and 200m freestyle and bronze in the 50m freestyle and 200m IM.

Tiara Cheney made the top step of the podium in the 10yrs 100m backstroke as well as winning a trio of bronze medals in the 50 and 200m back and 100m breaststroke.

Guy Selwood won a medal of each colour – gold in the 11-12yrs 50m breaststroke, silver in the 50m freestyle and bronze in the 200m IM.

In the same age group Lloyd Arnold won the 50m butterfly and came third in the 50m breaststroke.

Thirteen-year-olds Thea O’Keefe and Emmeline Ansell both made four visits to the podium.

O’Keefe won silver in the 13-14yrs 200 and 400m freestyle and bronze in the 200 and 400m IM.

Ansell took silver in the 100m freestyle and bronze in the 50 and 200m freestyle and 200m backstroke.

Ten-year-old Louis Dunning won silver in the 10yrs 200m backstroke.
