COVENTRY City are set to reject Cherries' second bid for striker Callum Wilson.
The Dean Court side came back with an improved offer after Coventry turned down their initial seven-figure approach.
Wilson, 22, is believed to be valued at around £3million but the Sky Blues are thought to be unwilling to sell.
Bids north of £3million may test City's resolve, but at the moment it is thought that Cherries are offering well below what the League One club are looking for.
Wilson scored 22 goals in his first full season of first-team football with City in 2013-14.
Cherries boss Eddie Howe is in the market for a striker having lost the services of Lewis Grabban to Norwich City last week.
