NEW Milton progressed to the ECB Royal London Club Championship group semi-finals after a thumping eight-wicket win over Sarisbury Athletic at Fernhill.
They bowled out the visitors for 97 to set up a tasty visit to South Wilts on Sunday week, June 1.
Milton’s bowlers ruled the roost, with Lynton Staniford (2-15) and evergreen left-armer Nick Gargaro (2-18) getting among the Sarisbury top order.
David Banks (17) was among four Sarisbury batsmen who made double figures, the other three falling to the spin of young Nick Elliott at a personal cost of four runs.
Ash Collinson (2-19) mopped up the tail.
Toby Edwards fell cheaply at the start of the New Milton reply, but Mark House (24) and James Park (30*) steadied the ship before Ben Lawes (17*) sealed the win.
Havant are also through to their separate group semi-final and host Horsham, also on June 1.
