Ok lets give it all for the boys today! We can still make a difference to who makes the play offs! Lets do this in memory of john harry mel sean and esecially for eddie!
The teams are out at Dean Court.
Top scorer Lewis Grabban has played a part in all but one league match this season, missing only the home match with Brighton in November.
He followed that with a substitute appearance at QPR but has started every other second tier fixture.
This afternoon saw Cherries defender Simon Francis presented the Daily Echo/Micky Cave Trophy after this week being voted player of the season by supporters.
Should Francis complete the whole match today, he will continue his remarkable run of playing every minute of every first-team match this season. 48 not out so far.
Three matches without victory ended Cherries’ outside chance of a play-off place in the Championship having been held to a draw at Yeovil (1-1), defeated at home to Sheffield Wednesday (2-4) and shared the spoils at Ipswich Town (2-2).
Cherries’ own hopes of a top-six finish went up in smoke when Brighton enjoyed a 2-0 success over Yeovil Town, who were relegated by last night’s result.
Recent victories over Birmingham City (1-0) and at Leeds United (2-0) under caretaker boss Gary Brazil have put the City Ground outfit back in contention for the top six.
They trail sixth-placed Brighton by four points with today's game in hand and they host the Seagulls on the last day.
Reading, however, hold a two-point advantage over Forest going into this afternoon's fixtures.
When they beat Huddersfield Town 3-0 in February, Nottingham Forest were eight points clear of seventh spot in the Championship play-off places but a 12-match winless streak in the League saw them fall away with manager Billy Davies dismissed.
Firstly from the visitors' point of view, this is a must-win game. Anything less and Forest's play-off hopes are over.
Time for a look at a few facts and stats while we wait for kick-off.
Forest set to line up 4-4-1-1, one defensive-minded change for the visitors with Lee Peltier coming in for Jamie Paterson.
Forest: De Vries, Halford, Lascelles, Collins, Harding, Peltier, McLaughlin, Vaughan, Osborn, Mackie, Derbyshire. Subs: Henderson, Greening, Jara, Tudgay, Majewski, Cox, Evtimov (g/k).
Two changes for Cherries, both in the back four with Tommy Elphick returning to captain the side and Ian Harte returning at left-back.
Charlie Daniels is on the bench, Elliott Ward not in the squad.
Cherries: Camp; Francis, Elphick, Cook, Harte; Ritchie, O'Kane, Surman, Pugh; Grabban, Kermorgant. Subs: Arter, Daniels, Smith, Fraser, Coulibaly, Allsop (g/k).
Good afternoon and welcome to Matchday live.
