NEW recruit Josh O’Hanlon admits he is desperate to make a “good first impression” after completing his move to Dean Court, subject to international clearance.

The 18-year-old striker told the club website: “The manager has made me feel at home. I think it is good he gives young players a chance so, hopefully, I can break into the team.

“I am late enough coming over. Most people come when they are 16 or 17 so I am happy I am here until I am 21. That is a bonus for me.

“I have been looking forward to coming here because it took a while, it was a long process. I am just happy to finally find somewhere and I am glad it is Bournemouth.

“When I first came here, I knew I felt at home. All the lads and staff helped me massively, it was easy to fit in.

“It is a good place and a good area so I like everything about it.

“I am a bit nervous but, hopefully, I can settle in quickly and get a chance from the manager and his staff. They obviously believe in me so, hopefully, I can make a good first impression.”
