ASSISTANT boss Jason Tindall wants Cherries to make the most of home advantage as they prepare to enter a key stage of the season.

Tindall was speaking ahead of tonight’s visit of Championship rivals Huddersfield, with three of Cherries’ next four games at Dean Court.

He said: “It is going to be a tough game, like every game in the Championship. We went to Huddersfield earlier in the season and suffered a heavy defeat but I am sure they will look at us as a different proposition now.

“We need to build on the Liverpool performance. If you look at our past seven or eight games, all bar Wigan, we have performed really well and been consistent.

“We would like to have converted more of our chances but, if we keep working hard and continue to play the way we have then things will turn sooner rather than later.

“It is an important part of the season. We have pitted our wits against every team in the division so there are no surprises in store for the players.

“We have given a good account of ourselves against the so-called top teams in the division and have played the majority of them away.

“It is important we start to make Dean Court a fortress. If we could and perform the way we have and with the same intensity then, hopefully, we can get the right results and finish the season strongly.”
