A strange starting 11, only 1 up front, not very positive.

No Tubbs, come on EH give him a run. He linked up well with Grabbon on Tuesday and yes he did miss a good chance but so do all strikers. Again no McDonald, one of the best centre midfielders in the league!! But I guess he's not your mate like un-fit Hughes. Zubar, absolutely brilliant in defence yet you disregard his talent. Humm, never mind, if we still had Groves in charge we would be facing relegation. As it happens, mid table is ok but it could be so much better with a bit of belief in the players that are not your favourites. Come on Bournemouth, 45 minutes to turn it round. Up the cherries!!

Two more defensive errors, confidence must be shot. Elphick desperately needed back.

EDDIE HOWE OUT .. what was he thinking.. bringing on TUBBS?

West moors 1 says...
4:46pm Sat 2 Mar 13

EH is too good the get rid of. But he has to restore McDonald to centre mid, he links up play, breaks up the opposition and creates chances. Wake up EH and stop picking your favourites!

Starting to look ugly now for afcb, 4 losses on the bounce. Seems the teams confidece has totally gone, will struggle to make play-offs if this continues much longer. Why is Macca not starting.????

4:49pm Sat 2 Mar 13

What's Fraser going to do in 5 minutes? He needs at least half an hour preferably a whole game, see what he can do.

you can imgine my sense of shock, awe and wonderment at todays result can't you.
.
I refer you all to my post's over last Thursday and Friday of which encapsulates all
.
Yet another example where having severe injury problems can wreck our season. Contrarary to beliefs of some narrow minded people on here who cannot see the wood for the trees.
.
If any stupid individual believes we are going to get any kind of result against Doncaster next week then they are dellusional!!
.
Eddie and Jason have done fantastic job, but now it is all being undone by injuries and a lack of fire power. Tubbs is not the answer i'm afraid, sell to the highes bidder.
.
Regards to all

Cue the idiot from Swanage (Dorsetblues) Pompey finally won a game.

cherrygood says...
4:59pm Sat 2 Mar 13

And pretty much every other result has gone against, Swindon turning their game round in the last 5 minutes. Forget the play offs right now and start concentrate in getting a win under our belts. Who have we got next, oh yes, table topping Doncaster, marvellous. Still we can go in as underdogs, Elphick should be back, get Ritchie further up the pitch, and start Fraser.

Squad is still not good enough even with nearly 40 players on the books!

The Russians are going to want their money back. After all the spending it looks like 8th or 9th at best - hopeless, certainly not what was required after the massive investment in us

West moors 1 says...
5:01pm Sat 2 Mar 13

We are being well and truly beaten at the moment. We all have our own views but some of the team selections seem odd. We have problems all over the park, are we missing David James personality in the dressing room? We are definately missing Elpfrick and Daniels. McDonald should be playing so should Tubbs or Pitman. All not lost but with every loss the championship is slipping away.

I can assure that i am not enjoying this at all despite you you may believe.
.
No game to day as "her indoors" is not well with a dose of the Sadaam Hussain troubles - The 'Shites' and a few close encounters with Armitage Shank's.
.
Top tip for you - do not go to the Doncaster game as the same result as today is highly likely - and as well you know it.
.
Have a good evening.

No I am not a gloater at all - I am just as much angry about it as you are. I am just angry that people cannot see what is in front of them.
.
The result today was a forgone conclusion and as well you knew it if only you would just open your eyes.
.
I just wish people would listen to me when I say that if you lose key players you will lose football matches, contrarary to what some posters believe on here.
.
As i have already stated Eddie and Jason have done fantastic job, but now it is all being undone by injuries and a lack of fire power.
.
Nothing will change now until these players return (by which time it will be too late) and the addition of a loan target striker is acted upon.
.
Let's just see if you can find some reason to disagree with this.
.
I am very sorry you wish not to respond to my posts - sensible and I mean sensible arguments to my posts are always welcome.

Have a good evening.
