VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM - Cherries boss Eddie Howe

Bournemouth Echo: GETTING A TASTE FOR SUCCESS: Cherries boss Eddie Howe

Discussing Coventry City, Howe told the Daily Echo: “They kept a lot of the better younger players that they came down with from the Championship and they added a couple of really good and experienced players into their group.

“They are a dangerous team and, potentially, as good as anything in the league, so we are going to have to be at our best to beat Coventry.

“Because they have come from so far back like we did, it makes them even more dangerous.”

7:35pm

VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM - Cherries star Matt Ritchie

Bournemouth Echo: GOAL THREAT: Matt Ritchie has faith in strike force

Asked about overcoming defensive opposition tactics at Dean Court, Ritchie told the Daily Echo: “I think you have just got to take a few more risks.

“In the final third, maybe take a few more risks and try to make that final pass the right pass and make good decisions, and I am sure the goals will come.

“The quality in the squad is unbelievable for this league. There are goals from all over the pitch.

“If everyone can keep chipping in and scoring goals, I am sure we can all kick on together.”

7:32pm

Full team line-ups are shown above.

7:31pm

Cherries boss Eddie Howe has made three changes. Marcos Painter, Marc Pugh and Brett Pitman make way for Josh McQuoid, Wes Fogden and Matt Tubbs. Matt Ritchie expected to start at left-back.

You can't say its too narrow when mcquoid and fogden are presumably both playing as out and out wingers. The problem is neither of them are naturals in that position, just hope EH has drilled it into mcquoid not to drift inside. Surprised fraser not been given his first start. Can't make tonight as my other half decided to make plans so im looking after our 11 month old. Sky sports news on with solent in the background for me. utciad

we've bottled it against 3 big clubs from the north. Had we won our last 3 we would be 6 points clear at the top and 8 points clear of 3rd place.
The league table doesn't lie and right now we don't deserve to be in the play offs but it's still very close and we still have enough games left to make automatic promotion.
It shows what an important player pugh is because he hasn't been fit for the last 3 games. we do need a striker pitman is brilliant but doesn't work hard enough. tubbs just can't find his crawley form here. Grabban has been very good and why not try putting mcquoid back in his natural position?.
I still think we will do it........ but we need a couple of players in the team (striker, central midfielder, full back and the return of zubar)

Not sure if you know but whilst your busy trolling our site your team is failing to win for the 23rd game in a row. Looks like you'll have to start supporting Southampton or someone else when your team folds. As long as it's not before the end of the season,we want those 4 points we took off you!
Normal service for us will be resumed shortly.
When your club has finished busting small buisnesses in Portsmouth after they did work for it in good faith will you support the new entity that will no doubt start off in the Portsmouth and Gosport Unibond League or whatever they call it in that dark, desperate part of the country?

Better than Saturday, Tubbs missed a couple of chances but got in the right positions and looked a better partner for Grabbon. Goals will come for him if given a run in the team. Pitman came on, so did Fletcher and both failed to have any impact. Pugh was missed, we have to shoot more and shoot on target. McDonald needs to be back in the team in replace of Arter, who again had a very indifferent game.
