ABERDEEN manager Craig Brown believes Cherries' reported move for highly-rated teenage winger Ryan Fraser could still fall through.

Sky Sports last night claimed Cherries had agreed a fee with the Dons for the 18-year-old, with Fraser having been among the crowd for the Dorset club's FA Cup clash with Wigan at Dean Court. 

However, while Fraser is expected to discuss personal terms with Cherries in the next 24 hours, Aberdeen boss Brown, who seems resigned to losing the player, has hinted that other clubs could be in the equation.

He told Sky Sports: "It is not a given he will go there. It is clear we will be looking for more money than we would be entitled to at the end of the season. What happens next is between Ryan, his agent and Bournemouth."

Cherries boss Eddie Howe politely declined to comment on the speculation when asked by the Daily Echo, a stance he has taken with transfer rumours throughout the window.

Fraser has played a starring role for the Dons since establishing himself in the Scottish Premier League this season and has alerted several clubs, with Huddersfield and Swansea believed to be among them.

The Scotsman, who turns 19 next month, is out of contract at the end of the season and recently rejected the offer of a new deal at Pittodrie.

Capped at under-19 level by Scotland, Fraser progressed through the youth ranks at Aberdeen and made his first-team debut in October 2010.

Aberdeen had been hoping to tie Fraser to a longer deal in order to avoid running the risk of losing him for compensation in the summer.

The lad is due at Dean Court for talks today - a fee having been agreed - according to the BBC. Interesting that Eddie is looking at young talented players, building for the future! It seems that he has great pace and two good feet, Aberdeen are not too happy at the prospect of losing him.

I'd like to see us scoring a prolific goalscorer. All these crosses that Pugh and others are putting into the box, never seem to be met by anyone who can put the ball in the back of the net. A must win game on Saturday, if we are to keep our promotion dreams alive. Three league draws on the trot is not promotion form.

id,Tubbs,and Thomas all with goals in them?

...we need a decent winger to balance the side as we only really have Pugh...I don't regard Fogden as an out and out winger...

Where did you get three league draws on the trot from.
The last three fixtures were against Swindon, Brentford and Crawley, and unless I'm very much mistaken, we beat Crawley 3-0.

If we draw at Walsall that will be 3 league draws on the trot, that's why he said its a must win,

That was exactly what went wrong last night , also a old head on midfeild .
Espinoza ran the game last night and noboby stopped him !
