Coffee shop chain moves into town

| NEW PREMISES: The Coffee Republic shop in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth |
COFFEE Republic has taken a lease of shop premises at 9 Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth. The unit, which is situated just off the Lansdowne, extends to around 700 sq.ft. The firm took a new 15-year lease at £17,500 per annum, exclusive.
Coffee Republic was formed in 1995 by Bobby and Sahar Hashemi. Since then it has grown to be one of the best known and largest independent espresso bar brands in the UK with bars all across the UK from Manchester to Brighton and Birmingham to Blue Water.
Coffee Select has been nominated as Entrepreneur of the Year in Hampshire after reaching the finals of the Inspire 07 Awards which honour Hampshire Businesses.
The company has ambitious expansion plans and has retained Goadsby to assist in the acquisition of further sites throughout Hampshire and Dorset.
In respect of the letting of 9 Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, the landlords were represented by Goadsby.
