Run or Dye, the world's most colourful 5km, will be coming to Bournemouth on Saturday 11th July for a colour-filled run through Kings Park, home to the sporting Athletics Club - the perfect place to get started running.
Bringing the spectacular explosion of Run or Dye colour to Dorset, the event will encourage runners and walkers of all ages and abilities to have fun and enjoy the most colourful running event the town has ever seen.
The Dorset event taking place at the start of the summer, will bring the explosion of Run or Dye colour to the coastal town for the first time so that runners can take on the 5K, getting fit and experiencing the brilliant colour of Run or Dye.
Locals are encouraged to take part with friends and family, blasting each other with custom-coloured showers of dye for a unique and truly special experience.
After crossing the finish line, runners and spectators, can celebrate in the world famous Dye Festival as the full force of the brilliant colours are blasted all around. The explosion of the dye ensures that this really is the most colourful 5km run in the world!
