THERE’S a very special birthday being celebrated today.
Little George Mead is one.
Medical experts said he wouldn’t survive the first month of his life, but George battled back against the odds.
He arrived 12 weeks premature and weighed just 1lb 14oz when he was born.
He had to be connected to a ventilator to help him breathe and at three weeks old he developed a chest infection.
George overcame all these early setbacks.
Who could blame his proud parents – Rachael and Steve for making this a day to remember.
