FOR anyone who says the magic of the FA Cup is dead, take a look at the fans that queued all night for tickets for AFC Bournemouth’s match against Liverpool.

Thousands waited it out at the Goldsands Stadium and the BIC.

But, predictably, many were left disappointed as there simply weren’t enough tickets to go around and some were angry at the way it was handled.

Perhaps it’s time for a simple ballot to avoid this kerfuffle – or maybe camping out all night is part of the fun.

The way it was dealt with was total rubbish and i am sure there are fans who have got tickets to see liverpool and not true bournemouth fans.

it is very difficult to ensure that all the loyal fans are the ones who get the tickets, perhaps one per person would have been fairer, there is no doubt that a largr number of fans who purchased two bought one for a person who does not attend on a regular basis, perhaps the club could meet with representatives from the supporters to discuss ways of avoiding this in the future
